Baldish qualified in 1998. She was formerly a partner and Head of the Family Department at Young and Lee. She joined the Firm in 2008 and is an Associate.
She specialises in dealing with the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, and is often instructed by wealthy business people, and members of the legal and medical professions.
Baldish has experience in dealing with disputes involving property in the UK and abroad, complex and unequal pension provision, Schedule 1 Children Act applications, emergency applications to protect financial assets and cases involving trusts.
Baldish is an experienced and confident advocate who conducts most of her own advocacy.
She and Mari Meisel have, over many years, worked together on a number of significant and complex financial matters, achieving results for clients which can be measured by their very successful outcomes
